How to Book Appointments

Bespoke appointments and events, are invoiced directly, fully itemised and include SCK full terms and conditions. This is transmitted via email, with an secure payment link, via Stripe.
Please Note
I operate by appointment only, usually at least 24 hours in advance, for practical purposes.
However, some services are much more flexible.
If time is against you, and you really need support, phone me!
The phone line is on silent during appointments. If you don’t get through, be sure to leave a clear voicemail or text with details.

Services other than Therapies
Co. Meath and Online
For non-therapy services, such as The Headspace Sessions, Holistic Parent Consulting, we can meet in one of Navan’s cosy, independent coffee shops, or grab a takeaway cuppa and go for a walk while we chat. All services other than SCK Holistic Therapies are also available virtually, so it doesn’t matter where in the country or the world you are, I am right here ready to support you.
Travelling from outside of Co. Meath?
You don’t have to live in Navan to come and visit me. I am also delighted to provide once-off pampering to our tourist visitors and families returning home for a visit. Reserve your appointment in plenty of time before your visit as with only a couple of days per week available, appointments are limited. Your hotel, guest house or B&B will be happy to point you in the right direction to find me.
Visiting SCK Holistic Therapies
SCK Holistic Therapies is based in Navan, Co. Meath, where the R147 from Dublin or Kells meets the N51 from Slane or Athboy.
The clinic is just off Trimgate Street in Trimgate Lane, near to Dunnes Stores‘ Trimgate Street entrance.
An intercom system is in use. Ring up and I will buzz you in. The clinic is fully serviced and located on the first floor (stairs only). If you have mobility issues, a mobile visit may be a better option.

Parking in Navan
Navan offers plenty of parking—from on-street to short- and long-term options. Have coins on hand, or use the APCOA app for convenience. Average cost: €1–€1.40 per hour, or 2 hours for the price of 1 in many areas.

All standard appointments are payable at time of booking via TidyCal calendar booking, facilitated by Stripe.

Bespoke appointments, workshops and seminars will be invoiced via Stripe. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

SineadCKavanagh.ie and SCK Holistic Therapies reserves the right to decline a service or treatment.

Payment Terms are Net 7 Days. Net14 or Net30 days maybe extended once trading and bank references are vetted.
No assumption must be made on the part of any client that Net30 terms are available or guaranteed.

Late Payments carry an administration penalty fee of €40.
Compound Interest will acrue on debts over 14 days.

SineadCKavanagh.ie also reserves the right to implement the European Commissions Late Payment Regulations 2002 rate on unpaid invoices, of interest at 8 percentage points above the ECB rate for debt, without prior notice.

Unpaid accounts will be subject to the standard EU Regulatory procedure of phone call -> email -> formal letter -> debt collection -> courts

Unpaid invoices will result in a block on services until paid, and payment in advance will be required on future invoices.
