About
Sinead C Kavanagh
Experienced, Organisational Professional and Health & Wellbeing Expert
Hi, I’m Sinead. and I have always been curious about people.
What helps us thrive? Why do some situations leave us feeling energised while others leave us feeling depleted? How do our experiences shape the way we live, work, communicate, learn, and connect with one another?
Those questions have followed me throughout much of my life and have influenced the work I do today.
Over the years, I’ve found myself working in many different settings. I’ve supported individuals, families, businesses, organisations, and communities. I’ve spent time learning about health and wellbeing, exploring human behaviour, facilitating conversations, supporting change, creating opportunities for learning, and helping people make sense of situations that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
While the environments may have been different, the purpose has remained remarkably consistent. I’ve always been interested in understanding people, noticing connections, and creating spaces where others feel supported, informed, and able to move forward with greater clarity.
A Bit About Me

My Approach
My work is rooted in both professional training and real life. I bring a background in psychology and learning & development alongside over 20 years of experience in holistic health and wellbeing.
I work with people who want to better understand themselves and take an active role in their own wellbeing. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, just a willingness to engage with the process.
I focus on what’s real and workable. Small shifts, steady awareness, and practical support that fits into everyday life.
From GTC in Navan, Co. Meath, and through online platforms, I provide services that support the body, mind, heart and soul across all of your life’s transitions.
