The reason the feet are usually addressed is because they offer a broader, more accessible and less intrusionary surface area. Whole Body Reflexology
WHAT HAPPENS IN A WHOLE-BODY REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT?
The WHOLE-BODY REFLEXOLOGY treatment is a 75-minute treatment on the feet, combining soothing effleurage as a warm-up, which in itself is a wonderful way to relax. It is followed by a full reflexology treatment working across both feet, each zone and each biological system, bringing balance throughout the entire body.
THE SOOTHING POWER OF A HOLISTIC WHOLE-BODY REFLEXOLOGY SESSION
During this time, you will relax down in the warmth of the therapy space, cocooned in soft fabrics and gentle heat, with noise and light minimised. The attention to sensory needs enhances the body’s awareness and benefits the healing within.
HOW DO I BOOK MY WHOLE BODY REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT?

The session comprises a 50-minute holistic reflexology treatment preceeded by a pre-treatment consultation and effleurage. It concludes with a feedback session and post-treatment ease down. The session costs €60 and you can book a course of up to 6 treatments at the same time to secure your date(s) and time(s) for future sessions.
The therapy space in Navan, Co. Meath is centrally located and convenient for those who live, work or are shopping in the town. Be advised it is on a first floor setting with stairs.
DO YOU OFFER MOBILE REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENTS?
Yes, I regularly offer MOBILE REFLEXOLOGY to clients who are recouperating at home, in hospital, nursing home, etc. The price quoted is for mobile visits within a 10km radius of my clinic in Navan, Co. Meath. Additional costs apply where the mobile location is beyond that distance.
As the equipment used for this treatment involves lifting, the treatment is delivered in a ground floor space. Please allow for approx. 1hr 35mins onsite, this includes time for treatment space setup, consultation, grounding afterwards and pack down of equipment within the appointment window.

Whole Body Reflexology with Usui Reiki
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE REFLEXOLOGY WITH USUI REIKI?
This treatment begins with a 50-minute WHOLE BODY REFLEXOLOGY session. With a very short break to re-dress the feet and reposition the client, a 30-minute USUI REIKI session begins. As with the Whole Body Reflexology session, there is a pre-consultation and warm-up and your post-session feedback and ease down.
From secrets and indicators of the body which may have been revealed during the reflexology treatment, Sinead will administer hands-on energy-balancing reiki throughout the body in this beautiful combined treatment option.
Adding Usui Reiki to your session brings a peaceful and calm, energy-replenishing, chakra-balancing end to your treatment. It allows the body to completely rest down, post reflexology and give the body time to really relax into its healing.
WHAT DOES BALANCING MY CHAKRAS INVOLVE?
The Chakras are metaphysical locations within the body, used in Ayurvedic medicine, which is one of the oldest medical systems in the world. It continues to be used in India as a traditional medical approach.
To ‘balance the chakras’, means to bring them into alignment. Holistic medicine is about balance and alignment of the whole body, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Deluxe Reflexology & Reflection
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE REFLEX AND REFLECT REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT?
Your REFLEX AND REFLECT treatment begins as all treatments do with a client consultation to go through your details and any other information Sinead may need to deliver your treatment. Following the relaxing 50-minute WHOLE BODY REFLEXOLOGY treatment, you will have a 40-minute REFLECTIVE Session during which you will reflect on your experience, the physical areas of your body which may have had a greater sensation than others and with Sinead’s help look towards holistic changes that may benefit your overall wellbeing.
WHO MAY BENEFIT FROM THE REFLEX AND REFLECT TREATMENT?
This treatment is especially beneficial to anyone who has neglected their own self-care for a long period and may be experiencing burn-out, physical change, or life shifts.
HOW DO I BOOK MY REFLEX AND REFLECT SESSION?

The 2hr session comprises a pre-treatment consultation, gentle warm up, 50-minute HOLISTIC REFLEXOLOGY treatment and ease down period after. This is then followed by a 45-minute REFLECTION session, during which Sinead provide the opportunity for you to ask questions about your overall experience.
The session costs €150 and you can book up to 3 sessions at the same time, securing your date(s) and time(s) for future ease.
