Sinead offers a complete range of specialised reflexology treatments tailored to her individual client needs, across all ages and life stages, 0-99 years and beyond. Promoting healthy wellbeing throughout childhood and adolescence; during illness or recovery, Sinead advocates throughout the lifespan for emotional wellness, culminating with end of life palliative care.

All treatments are provided in the calm, nurturing environment in her beautiful therapy space in Navan, Co. Meath, or in your own home or residential setting through mobile appointments. Sineads unique focus on empathy, compassion, care, and connection are always present.

Why bring your child for a Pre-Treatment Assessment

A pre-treatment assessment gives Sinead the opportunity to meet you and your child, assess the physicalities of the child and hear from both you and your child (where verbal) about their symptoms.
These symptoms may be of discomfort within their body, a sense of dysfunction within their body, feelings that are very strong, emotions that are difficult to harness or experiences that have left them feeling anxious, scared or vulnerable.


Infant Reflexology

Soothing Touch for Calm, Settled Babies
Safe for even the youngest of clients, Sinead’s reflexology for infants helps alleviate the after effects of birth, which can remain particularly in overdue babes, induced births, or assisted deliveries e.g. cesarean section, ventouse, etc.,.

Reflexology can support better feeding, digestion, and sleep, leading to overall calm and settled little ones. This means the precious early weeks, are ones to be enjoyed rather than endured and the bonding of parent and baby is uninterrupted

It is a very gentle treatment to which babies respond amazingly.
Sinead has been working with newborns and infants for over 15 years. She has a proven track record of beautiful engagement, quick results and very happy babies and parents.

This therapy is suitable for ages 6 months – 2 years old

NB: The parent or carer remains in the room with the child throughout the session. Sinead is fully insured to work with children under 16 years, is Garda Vetted and has an upto date HSE’s Children First Certification.

Reflexology for Child & Tween

Supporting Your Child’s Positive Wellbeing & Development
Sinead is no stranger to working with children in a therapeutic setting and engages inspiringly with them. Children respond naturally to therapeutic touch and are very open to it’s wonderful benefits.

Reflexology for children and tweens, supports the physical and emotional development of your child, from their teething twos to their testing tens.

This is a formative time when children are learning how to exist in their growing world. The addition of their body growing and developing, can be uncomfortable, confusing and at times unsettling. Reflexology grounds them, restoring a sense of safety and comfort during sometimes challenging times.

This therapy is suitable for ages 2–12 years old.
Child & Tween Sessions are 45mins – 6 x sessions – Cost €240

Reflexology for Palliative Care

Compassionate Touch for End-of-Life Support
Reflexology is a calming, non-invasive therapy administered in an extremely gentle way with miminal pressure, to help relieve the body’s aches and pains, tension in the muscles, and rest.

Sinead’s approach to this particular treatment is passionately caring and incredibly mindful of not only the patient’s wellbeing but also that of their loved ones.

This treatment can begin at the start of the patient’s palliative care journey and can continue right to the end, with final treatments a beautifully comforting and gentle way to say goodbye.

At this time, Sinead encourages family to remain with the patient, if the patient wishes. They can witness the soothing calm this therapy restores and the gentleness with which Sinead cares for their loved one at this precious and transitional phase of life.

The therapeutic space can provide solace and healing to those present, provide peaceful connection at that time.

NB: Please inform your medical professionals and loved ones, that you have requested Sinead to administer reflexology in palliative care. This will ensure all necessary administrative notices and paperwork can be prepared in advance, to ensure there are no delays to you or your loved one, receiving treatment.
